A brand-new, stylish, modern, architect-designed house measuring 159 square meters in a residential neighborhood—very close to downtown Copenhagen but away from the noise. The house is truly unique, featuring a large courtyard (a 32-square-meter atrium) in the center of the home, visible from many of the rooms. Every detail throughout the house has been carefully considered—both inside and out—and some bold and unconventional design choices were made during its construction in 2018. This house must be experienced in person.
