A luxorious sense of Bali in Copenhagen. Amazing & adorable room feeling like a small flat with kitchen pentry & livingroom. Clean & tidy. Location 10 min walk from centralstation a big +. Lovely breakfast bufe. We were not so impressed by the dinner menu a bit simple food but the view from 6th floor balanced it up.

It was such a lovely experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were so big and really well looked after. The pool was sensational and never busy. The hotel is placed really well and plenty of places to eat and walk round. The staff were really friendly. It was nice as well as it is and adults only hotel.

The building for this hotel looks a bit dull from outside - but on the inside, it's amazing - a real oasis in the heart of the city. We had a room with a balcony on the 6th floor, and it was fab to have a sofa and space outside that we could just relax without being in an expensive Danish bar or cafe! The pool is great, and we enjoyed time just relaxing during a city break where you end up walking around a lot, so need some down-time. Breakfast food was very good here too. You can easily walk to different attractions from here - we did Tivoli (about 10 mins) and the Botanic Gardens easily from here. We did also stay near Nyhavn for the other part of our stay, which is slightly closer to all the main tourist areas of Copenhagen, but this is probably only an additional 10-15 minutes walk.

The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly, the view and pool was 10/10, the room was pretty clean as well. The breakfast was pretty good too. The only thing I won’t recommended is dinner to be fair it was pretty bad we had 5 course meals for me the only good thing was the dessert and dumplings, anything else was kind uneatable.

The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities.
