They had ibuprofen cuz I didn’t bring any. They took in my lost luggage when the airline delivered it. They unclogged my shower drain when I told them to. Cozy hour iced tea was great.

The staff could not have been better. The room was cozy, but totally efficient. Cozy hour with a free glass of wine next to the fireplace was a daily treat. All for a reasonable price and a perfect location.

Excellent location - easy walking distance from everything we wanted to see and nice area, quiet street but near Market halls etc. Staff lovely and reception bar pleasant and welcoming. Room big and comfortable - decor a bit tired but that didn’t bother us.
