Mid range hotel, good to crash for the night. All clean. A 24hr 7-11 opposite hotel as well as a supermarket which is very convenient. Hotel breakfast is not worth the price - buy from the 7-11 opposite. Osterport station across the road with good connections.

Perfect location and staff were super kind. Room was comfortable and clean. We had a railway sleeper for four, there were only three of us in the room and it was a squeeze. I'm not sure if be Comfortable here with two older kids as it's just a bit tight. The trains were no bother at all, they're electric trains so quite quiet. Only thing I wish would be better is the bathroom. It's very dated and a lot of limescale.

It’s a simple and basic room just for a short stay. There’s a supermarket and train station located opposite of the hotel so it’s convenient to get anything and travel around. The unfortunate part is that the bathroom floor is having slow water flow pressure which caused flooded whenever we shower. As such it has a stinky odour coming out from the floor trap.

Except for the location, the property is quite bad. Room qas not cleaned properly. The reception staff too were very unfriendly. The room given to us was facing railway tracks where there were constant noise of passing trains. When I requested to change the room, they said it will be additional DKK 500 per night.

Clean room, perfect location and staff were helpful. It made our stay in Copenhagen very easy and relaxed. The noise from the trains didn’t bother us at all and the room was very spacious for a young couple. Incredibly comfy bed.

The room was dark, even with all lights on, of which there were only a few dim ones, and the floor was somewhat dirty when we arrived. There is no fan in the bathroom and no shelf to put anything in the shower. The water got warm but not very hot. Prices for hotel laundry service are very high, and we ended up walking to a nice laundromat about 15 minutes away instead. The train theme was charming and the train noise was not bad. The staff were nice and helpful.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfastcwas excellent, with many homemade items. This hotel is right across from Østerport train station and a grocery store. So covenient! Easy walk to the Little Mermaid in one direction, and Rosenborg Castle in the other. Our room was street side. Train noises were not an issue.
We walked everwhere, but the trains are easy and central Copenhagen station is a very quick ride.
