Unfortunately construction was happening right outside of the hotel, which was creating loud noises for breakfast in the basement. Trash bins near the elevators were smelly.

Overall, this is more than a great hotel. It’s the layback atmosphere and staff, the hip interior and excellent breakfast that does the trick. I keep coming back time after time. There is one thing however that might make me to choose another hotel - the sence of mold in the air. SP34 is located in an old building and in need of repairs when it comes to the airconditioning. You don’t want your clothes to smell funky….
