On arrival the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Hotel bar/lounge area was so relaxing and loved the cosy hour where a complimentary drinks are served. Rooms spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Wonderful stay.

The Kong Arthur Hotel is in a great location to explore Copenhagen. Our room was clean and spacious. We absolutely loved Cozy Hour in the beautiful lobby. Highly recommend.

It is a self service hotel in the sense that you are asked to carry your suitcases up and down of flights of stairs and even to storage room to store your bags. It is set up like a maze and annoying to navigate to find your way around and no one offers to show you around. Quite Far from attractions too. I would not stay here again. It is clean but I expect that from a pricy hotel. Service for us was lacking.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was dated, no bench space to put anything. Bedroom space was good and modern. Thin walls so you could hear noise from the other rooms. Loved the free drink hour from 5pm till 6pm. Be early if you want a seat though!
