The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. It think it is a scam. When I arrived at the apartment, there was no key, and I couldn't access the property. I am a frequent Hotels.com customer and a Platinum member, and I strongly believe they should remove this property from their platform to prevent other guests from having the same experience.
