Immaculately clean room. Small but absolutely fine. Downside were Bedside lights on one side didn’t work at all, and on other side flashed if turned it down. Would have been good to have had a second pillow but none available. Overall very good value hotel and perfectly located for our needs.

When we checked in, the door lock was broken and would not work. The staff came back multiple times to fix it but each time they were not able to. They were able to let us in but told us that if we left, we would have to go back to reception to be let in to our room. It finally got fixed after a couple of hours. In terms of cleanliness, there were spider webs in the corners of the room, the kitchenette was dusty and the bedsheets smelled like wet laundry. When we requested for the room to be cleaned, they didn't change the sheets or clean the kitchenette. They only took out the trash. This room was also advertised online as accommodating 3 people. We booked it with that intention until the hotel told us that it could only sleep 2. Our third person had to find other accommodations the day before she arrived because the hotel would not make an exception despite their misleading advertisement. They did not offer us anything to help fix the situation. Would not stay here again.

El personal es súper amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, el lugar es muy cómodo y muy limpio. Lo único es que en las cercanías se encuentra pocas opciones de alimentación. La estación de metro está a 550m. Recomendado para ir, si volvería.

Checkin staff was wonderful. Room was very below par. Studio with kitchenette-none of the plates matched 1small bowl, 1 large bowl. No dessert or soup spoons. No detergent to wash dishes. No complimenty tea or coffee. Bed the pillows we’re discussing & doona had seen better days.

The train stations were close and it was easy to get to and from the airport. The city was a a little far though. Good breakfast spots nearby and grocery stores. The hotel was clean and the staff were great but the room itself was very small and stuffy. But overall it was a nice stay and the bed was comfy!

Clean spare setup—ideal for one person

We stayed here for our last night in Copenhagen after staying in many beautiful properties all over Scandinavia. The rooms are like college dorm rooms only smaller! My husband and I could barely navigate around each other because it’s so tiny. My husband had to leave the room so I could unpack and get settled. This is a an ideal spot for a one night stay for one person, but the rooms are really too small for a couple.

Room was extremely small so do not over pack if there is two of you as you will have no space to move. Breakfast is over priced in my opinion for what is on offer. Our room was above what seemed to be an unofficial borrow bike stop which meant it was noisy super early in the mornings (sometimes around 3am!) and noisy throughout the evening. Room was super hot, had to ask for a fan. Paid for secure bike storage for my TT bike as I was competing in the Ironman, came back one day to the key carded door wedged open. Bike storage is on the same floor you enter the hotel on, the external doors are not locked or key card therefore anyone could have accessed my bike. Mix up with breakfast due to Expedia, hotel allowed us in on the first morning and then tried to back track 24 hours later by asking for us to pay for it.
