The room was small but it had everything we needed and was clean. The breakfast was very good. We liked this area of Copenhagen. The hotel is close enough to the Metro to walk and we liked being by the ocean. It was a good walk from the hotel to the Little Mermaid and the Nyhavn district. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area around the hotel. We would stay here again if in Copenhagen in the future.

Hotel is modern and well located, not far from the metro. The staff are pleasant. Not sure I would recommend it as there were pipework noises in the bedroom and the breakfast was a bit bland. Renting a basic hotel bike was €20 per day, but perhaps that is the going rate in Denmark.

Great staff. Very clean, modern property. Lovely room (although there is no wardrobe - just a few coat hangers with hooks - fine for us, though). Absolutely love this place. Free breakfast was also really good. Variety and quality. For those from the UK looking for a fried breakfast, this isn’t that. It’s boiled or scrambled eggs, pastries, good GF options, cheese, meat and fruit.

The only problem was on the first night , the room was quite cold and made it hard to sleep. I reported it in the morning and they said they would r r[prt,t to Engineering (wiich they did.When coming back the thermostat was at the same temp and they gave me a heater whjich worked well. Ironically, a day later the thermostat registered higher. The only compalint I had was with then breakast menu- hot items not appetizing.

Very nice area

We were charged for the stay at arrival, plus another charge equal the amount for our stay as a holding deposit. It wasn’t refunded as promised after checkout. We had to contact them to get our money back and the amount refunded was about 7-8% less. Had to contact them again, send them proof of amount received etc. to finally get our money back.
