The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable duvets? nice view of canal. Typical European shower but large bathroom and clean. The room had a safe, an ironing board and a small fridge. The breakfast was convenient and a great way to start the day. I would recommend this location to anybody. The only very slight drawback was a little bit more of a walk than I wanted every day at the start/emd of the day, but overall still a great stay!

We didn’t have breakfast. Upon arriving, the reception told us that there might be a room available. Then told us no but there was an upgrade for an extra $150. We declined and sat in the lobby before leaving for lunch. The receptionist said that a room was now available and gave us a room on the bottom floor 1005. I will not book your hotel the next time because I heard the same receptionist said the same thing to some new arrivals. That there is no availability but there is an upgrade. A little too much of a coincidence. I will just stay at the Tivoli Hotel across the street. My son and I had a great stay before leaving to Stockholm

If you’re considering a visit to Copenhagen, I highly recommend a stay at the Copenhagen Island hotel. The hotel is very well-placed, close to local rail services, shops, and the city centre. The hotel itself is fantastic, and the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist or answer any questions you may have. The room was lovely and welcoming, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit every dietary need.
