The staff were very friendly when I arrived, they even had kiosks that helped out, the rooms were very compact but cosy as well, breakfast was really good as well, lots of choices there, everything felt clean too

The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, we were on the very top floor behind the sign so no airflow and it was very hot and stuffy. A2 Location was great and convenient.

We stayed for two nights. We liked that there was a fan in the room we could use in the middle of the heatwave. It was easy to self check-in. We missed our taxi in the morning, luckily another taxi came . It would be nice if there where som instructions on getting a taxi.

It was clean, tidy and near the airport. The downsides are the space is very small, the bathroom and shower are so close together that if you aren’t careful water from the shower will get into the toilet paper and toilet. Though I suppose if you just need a space to sleep, it offers what they say it offers. Lighting in the room can be improved it’s too dim, could do with a few other amenities such as face tissues etc.

Room was clean and well kept. Unfortunately windows were not able to be opened in a meaningful way during a heat wave, so the room was really hot as the hotel does not have AC (it is normally not needed). Also, we requested a room cleaning as required before 10PM and it was not done the next day. It was requested again and then completed the following day.

Booked a captains room, cause it was needed to get a disabled friendly room. It was not even remotely accessible to wheelchair users. A shelf was to close to the door that you only barely made it in with the right angle. The bathrooms didnt even meet the lowest of standard for an accessible bathroom. Staff was great tho, super kind and helpful

I did not get his name. But I had a issue with parking automat. He helped me out getting my rental car registred at the hotel parking lot. Alto corrected parking company that I had been unrightfully charged at parking fee. Not 100% sure yet if it will work. But having said that he did his outmost to help. Many thanks for that.

We are a family of 4. The room we first were given was filthy, garbage still sitting on the shelves and the bathroom reeked of mildew. The staff was very kind and immediately gave us a new room. It was a larger room, but was still really dirty. There were used medicine wrappers on the window sill, toilet paper from cleaning the bathroom around the toilet. It was 3am, our flight was delayed so many times that my family was exhausted and we just made the best of it. I’m sure the staff would have given us another room, but at that point we just wanted to sleep. We checked out early the next morning. I will definitely not stay in this property again. While the staff was very friendly the rooms were so dirty.

Rooms are small but functional for two people. Combined toilet-sink-shower was cramped and it seems impossible to not have water run into the room floor. Also challenging to keep towels dry when they are only replaced every 4 days. Outdoor temp was cool but the room was always warm. Oscillating fan helped. Big open window helped. The heavy duvet was not useful. Thinner options for summer would be great. BUT. Big window also let in lots of outdoor sounds including late night noisy sex from a room nearby. Spain won their football match so maybe they were Spanish. The exterior glass panels bounce the sound into our room. Its like we are in the same room.

there were 2 ladies at the 'reception' desk, but I don't think they would like to be labelled as at reception. Upon taking a ticket to wait in line for their help to check in, I was told that check in was only possible using the machines. I tried using the machines, two different ones, in fact, but was not allowed to process thru the registration process on either machine. I then spoke with the ladies who told me "ah, sometimes the machines don't work, let me help you" I got the impression I was not the only guest having difficulty checking in using the machines. This whole experience did not set a good impression with me. There was also loud club music in this area, which no one wanted, and it served to make it difficult to hear what the two ladies were saying. The first impression is very important at a hotel. This needs immediate attention! Thank you.

Hotel in good location, close to supermarket, a park, and metro/train station. However our stay was not especially comfortable. Room temperature was insanely uncomfortable which meant sleep was very poor. The fan provided did nothing to the heat and a glass panel across the window blocked any type of ventilation. Additionally our television was terrible, took about 15 minutes to come on and then another 15 before you could change the channels or for the sound to come on. The bathroom was very poor, our shower head has not been maintained meaning it kept sliding down to about chest height making washing hair etc difficult as well as it being very slow to heat up. As for staff, we only seen room service so cannot comment on staff in general. Check in and check out was simple enough if not time consuming.
