Quirky place. Good to stay a bit out of the tourist action but still walkable and great public transport. The thing that would make me not stay again is the technology to get into our room. What a nightmare. Some of the other guests shared their experiences telling me it can take up to 15 attempts to get your room door open. And that was our experience too - ain’t nobody got time for that! But if you do have the time and patience for that it’s a fun, comfortable cool place to stay.

This was my first stay at a Bob W. I liked that it was like an apartment then a hotel. I was a little wary that there wouldn’t be staff on site, however it worked out. The downsides were that the French press in my room was put together incorrectly and all the coffee grounds came out when I poured my coffee. The laundry room smelled mildewy, I am sure due to constant use, but the surfaces were clean. The room was too warm for me, ranging between 22-26 degrees Celsius. The upsides. 10ish minute walk to/from Metro. Kitchettes in room but also access to a shared space oven and stove. Quiet neighborhood. Føtex grocery store super close, good for getting snacks and breakfast items. The windows open for fresh air. Couldn’t hear neighboring rooms. Laundry was free to do and soap was provided. Shampoo/conditioner/ body soap all provided. Can get clean towels in the laundry room. Have access to the luggage room. Overall I had a wonderful 5 night stay in this hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here. The one time I needed help with something, it was addressed within 5 minutes via WhatsApp. It’s not a traditional hotel but they’ve got the customer service part down while still being somewhere else. Can’t wait to try out another location

Home away from home! This elegant apartment-style hotel has everything you need. The hotel is very clean and the bed is comfy. Laundry detergent with a washer and dryer is available to use. Walking distance to grocery stores and hospital if needed.

CPH Half '25 Stay

I was racing the Copenhagen Half Marathon this past weekend, and Bob W. Østerbro CPH is SO close to the start line. Made the race experience and the entire stay so much more convenient. It's also walking distance from a key metro station. The unit was gorgeous, very clean, quiet, and so many personal touches from the Bob W. staff that made it feel so warm.

Excellent self-service apartment style accommodation. Works very well for a long stay with kitchenette and fridge in the room and a large common area for cooking larger meals or for groups. Laundry facilities make it easy when travelling for long periods.

Great hotel!

There are lots of really nice elements making this a very easy comfortable stay. Good wifi and friendly quick virtual communication. A bit out of the centre/tourist world so nice and quiet neighbourhood feel with easy public transport. Comfortable bed. Would stay again.

We loved this comfy, modern and super clean studio apartment. . We felt like we were living like a local, more than staying at a hotel. Having a little well equipped kitchen was very convenient, and the supermarket is just around the corner. The location is a bit far from the city center, but the metro station is a short walk away and about a 10 minute ride to the center.
