About this space

Enjoy this centrally located, sun-filled pied-à-terre, just a few steps from the Lakes and within walking distance of public transportation and downtown. Although small (40 square meters), this cozy apartment is innovatively designed to feel airy and open, with large windows through which you can sometimes see Tivoli fireworks in the distance. Situated on a quiet street, this Scandinavian-modern retreat is just moments away from cafes, shops, and excellent people-watching.

The space

This is what I call a micro-apartment. A cute and cozy place for someone who appreciates minimalism, with all amenities cleverly hidden out of sight. The kitchen, living, dining, and sleeping areas were renovated in 2020, while the building itself dates back to the 1960s. (Hence the large windows and the easily accessible elevator.) The location is ideal for anyone who enjoys walks along the waterfront, through town, or to coffee shops and restaurants. A bus stop is just around the corner, and buses run every 5–10 minutes, taking you directly to Nørreport Station in just 3 stops.

The Imperfections

The shower/toilet is small, typical of many inner-city bathrooms—so it’s not spacious, but you’ll have everything you need. Also, please note that early weekday mornings can be noisy for about 30 minutes as people head to work and garbage trucks stop by. After that, it gets quiet again. And, overall, the space is truly a pleasure.

You’ll be able to access the apartment through the front of the building.
