We just stumbled upon this hidden gem. The rooms look recently updated and super clean. The hotel was quiet and cozy. There’s also an attached restaurant. The Alander has such a fun story, and was a great stay. We were just passing through for the night and it had everything we could need! It reminded me of Rosebud Motel group from Schitts Creek ;) if you know you know! Will definitely be staying again!

The Alander was a great find! Clean, cozy and super comfortable beds. We loved the complimentary local tea, yogurt and granola. Staff was amazing. They walked us to our room, showed us how things worked, and answered all our qurstions. The room was quite cozy and spacious. The only complaint I had was it was cold. The heat was working but I guess with below 0 temperatures nothing stays warm for long. Although there was about 2' of snow on the floor, the grounds/set up was a great place for large gatherings. We found the Alander to be way more than we expected. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was incredible. The restaurant on the premises was amazing. We had a great meal and the service was both friendly and efficient. We will probably be back when we are in the area. We highly recommend this property!
