The carpets were extremely dirty and honestly quite unpleasant, especially since almost the entire property is carpeted. Also, the air conditioning, which was the only source of heating during a night when the temperature dropped to around 0°C, stopped working on the last of our three nights, and we were very cold. Apart from those issues, everything else was very good, and the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful.

Staff were greatnand welcoming - travelling with a little dog (moodle) and paid for him prior to arriving, but had to pay again on arrival. That was an little disappointing, and the room wasnt too comfortable. Had to remove the bedspread, dog wouldn't stop smelling it, and it looked dirty. Didn't feel comfortable in the room amd left early.
