Great building, wonderful hosts & breakfast thrown in as well. Nice bed & very quiet at night. The bathroom was a bit small & the streming tv spent more time buffering the playing. But, it was still a nice place to stay.

The room was very nice and comfortable. We were very surprised that the breakfast was poor. We understand it’s a European breakfast with just a juice, a tea and some toast, but it could’ve been a little better for the money we paid and the yogurt was expired so we had toast and coffee. It would be nice if they had had some muffins or croissant or a slice of cheese, etc..

Cheap and Cheerful, but it was very cold and there is no heating - centrally controlled times for the boiler, and it wasn't effective. Bathrooms were freezing cold in the morning. Typical , clean no frills B+B. Does the job if youre not fussy.

Our stay at Ellstanmor was great. The owner is very welcoming and accomodating to your needs during your stay. Rooms are warm and comfortable. The daily continental breakfast is a great way to start the day. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting the lovely town of Cooma.

A Gem

What a gem! I needed accommodation for a Work trip and this accommodation had great reviews - and rightly so. Big room, quiet location, comfortable bed and HOT shower (winner in the winter especially). Nice breakfast available and good location to other restaurants etc I’ll definitely come back next time I need accommodation in Cooma.

The property did not have proper heating facilities. In this cold days when at night the temperature goes in minus heater was only running from 6:30 to 10:30pm. Heater is only running for 4 hrs in the morning and 4 hrs in the evening which i was not aware when booking. But the rooms are well maintained and clean
