This was a great place right in Cooke City. We loved being right on the main strip. We enjoyed walking around and seeing the shops and bars. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The wifi didn’t seem to be working when we were there but otherwise everything was great.

Great stay just 4 miles from NE corner of YNP. Quick access to Lamar valley and all the animals! We have been staying here for years- Alpine Inn is always consistent! Clean rooms, and right in the middle of town. This isn’t a luxury hotel (none in Cooke City!) but in my opinion the best.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortablewith 2 queen beds, great quilts and big fluffy pillows. The manager, Chad, got us checked in quickly and also gave us great recommendations for dinner. The best place to stay if you're heading to out to Beartooth Pass in the early morning.

The room was perfect for me and rustic. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the inn was walkable to places in town. The drive to the NE Yellowstone entrance was just a few miles away and easy to get into the park
