The grounds and the room was great but I can say the best thing about the evening was check in with Whitney! She has such a great attitude and work ethic, very friendly and welcoming to all the guests she came in contact with. I took off one star because the morning shift was way less accommodating so I decided to find another place to stay. Hire more people like Whitney!!

Checkout ended with a manager yelling at me in the lobby and threatening to charge me for an extra night, despite staff approving my late checkout and my leaving before 2:00 PM. The conduct was hostile, unprofessional, and unacceptable. This incident has been formally escalated, and I expect senior management to contact me regarding this experience.

The room was clean. And the staff made me fill like home. As if i was with my family. Very pleasant. The only bad thing was the constat smell of Marijuana in lobby and elevators. But i giess thats everywhere now.
