The staff was friendly enough, but the property itself was in need of allot of maintenance...would have been OK for 75 bucks, but not what I expect for 150.

Breakfast was not great. No regular creamer. Food was barely warm. Gravy for the biscuits did not have sausage and was watery. The room was o.k. The AC worked well. We did have to kill a cockroach though. Not surprised at the sighting of a cockroach in the south, though.
