AWFUL

Horrible. It was truely disgusting! Holes in the walls and door, the door lock functioned the interior side had it guts hsnging out. The sink was covered in cigarette burns, there was an electrical junction box (above the hot tub with exposed wiring. The mini fridge was rusted and delaminating. And outside my room were two soiled mattresses leaned up against the wall. This is the first and last time I book with Hotels.com.

Chain lock on the door was busted, the whole room smelled like someone just blew up the bathroom, 12'x12' room somehow filled with flies (I must have killed 15 in the 20 minutes I used the room), and mysterious stains all over the walls including a large brown smear. I just ended up getting another room at a hotel. I only ended up using the room to take a quick shower and even then I only leaned in from outside the shower to clean my upper body because I didnt even want to take my shoes off in there. I can understand an economy room having little in the way of comfort, but Jesus Christ having a s*** covered room, literally, crawling with flies is something else. I didnt even ask for another room, or a refund (hopefully they use the money to hire a disaster clean up team) I just checked out and left. The staff was friendly at least.
