One of yuckiest breakfast layouts I've ever seen. Not only the typical chemical mixes instead of real juices, but even yogurt out of a machine. Have no idea what that surgery stuff was, but it wasn't yogurt. Don't stay here if breakfast plays a part in your decision.

It was absolutely perfect. The staff was amazing. I got to park right in front of my door. I didn’t have to carry my luggage a long ways. It was wonderful.

The shower had mold in it. We didn’t even stay in the hotel, the place was dirty and the front desk guy was rude. I do not recommended this place EVER. And it’s way over priced for a trashy place.

Moldy Smells and Damp

The lady at front desk was so nice! Can’t say that about the hotel tho. When we opened the door to our room the moldy and cigarette smell was unreal. I get migraines and knew immediately that I wouldn’t be able to stay in the room. The lady kindly moved us to another room. As we were going in, the people next to us asked how our room was. I told her we had moved and she immediately said that they did too. Anyway, smell was some better so we stayed. Beds were ok. Carrier old and kinda dirty looking. Commode leaked water in the floor. I am guessing this is a hotel that is older has not been updated, at all. Just a damp feel in room. Anyway, I guess I was disappointed that I paid $140+ for a room in a Run down b room, or rooms. The breakfast was fine.

Lovely Stay

Great variety of hot and cold breakfast items and coffee 24/7! The room was clean and orderly with all the needed amenities - coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Had no trouble with internet access. I had a lovely, relaxing stay. Would recommend Best Western in Conway for your next hotel stay! I know it will be my choice again!
