This historic gem has been lovingly renovated to blend its rich past with modern comforts, offering a unique stay experience. This loft is located in the Historic Spivey Building, built in 1936 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

**Through September 30th there may be street construction noise Sunday-Thursday from 9pm-6:30am**

This loft is located in the Historic Spivey Building, built in 1936 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Quaint

Very cute place however the cleaning was a little bit off. The floors were dirty like they hadn't been mopped in months. The Happyguest app was had to navigate when we got there. Conway however, is very nice place. The Riverwalk was relaxing to walk. And getting to the beaches was very easy during our stay.
