Room was clean but hotel doesn’t have a nice area to gather or relax. Beds are comfortable and bathroom and shower are clean. Hotel is loud at night and staff was not overly welcoming nor accommodating.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The grounds were beautiful, and there was easy access to the waterway for a lovely stroll. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a free trolley was available. The room location was slightly noisy, but they provided earplugs to help with this issue. One area for improvement would be updating the technology. There are only USB charging ports, and I have a USB-C port. I have an adapter, but I forgot to bring it with me. Overall, I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would definitely stay again. I highly recommend it!

Very relaxing stay. Went for a concert that unfortunately cancelled that evening, but the hotel was in walking distance from various places to dine and stores to shop.
