Property was terrible with dirty linens pillows blood trained sheets we did not stay walked out let them know how bad it was and the guy who was checking our complaints peeped is pants right in front of us. Also mold in the window an other places discussed why would you book anyone in this dirt filled property

Staff was asleep upon trying to check in had to come back the next morning to be able to check in once arrived in room it was filthy from hair in the restroom to the shower not working to the chicken bones under the bed all the way around it was dirty.Next I attempted to extend my stay due to it's the only motel close to New Waverly and was told I would have to pay $99 early check in fee Good thing upon departure the front next guy did apologize with kindness

The floor in the room was not swept, literally dead bugs and little pieces of trash everywhere. Vanity sink, and tables hadn't been wiped down. Not only was the toilet filthy with even a butt crack mark on the back of the seat but felt like it was going to fall over when sat on. When I went in for the breakfast, there was just a few pastries and no coffee cups, don't even know if there was coffee, I just walked out. Also the place is literally falling apart, with tarps on the roof and ratchet straps holding the gutters on.

The room was a disgrace ac didn't work. Mold on the shower curtains. There was a half chewed dog bone on the floor. The manager on duty didn't care or seem concerned about anything when I brought my concerns to his attention he just said what fo you want me to do. This is so unprofessional. For 100 a night the pool was also in disrepair a homeless guy sleeping by the vending machines and so much more issues I would not stay here ever. Not to mention the bugs on the bed were gross

There were bed bugs in 2 of our rooms , dirty washcloths and sheets. We checked out and didn't stay the night . The owner refused a refund . I have filed a complaint with Red Roof Inn corporate and also the county health department .

EXTREMELY FILTHY. Had to find another place to stay it was unacceptably dirty. Stains and hair on sheets. Dust and literal dirt everywhere. Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Do not book here!!!
