Rooms were NOT clean. left with bites all over arms and legs. Probably bed bug infested. There’s mold and dirt everywhere. Sheets are stained. Appliances barely worked. Staff was asleep upon trying to check in had to come back the next morning to be able to check in once arrived in room it was filthy from hair in the restroom to the shower not working to the chicken bones under the bed all the way around it was dirty.Next I attempted to extend my stay due to it's the only motel close to New Waverly and was told I would have to pay $99 early check in fee Good thing upon departure the front next guy did apologize with kindness

First room had bed bugs, after getting ahold of the front desk the man argued with me that there wasn't bed bugs. Once he sent someone to the room, they saw the blood from previous bugs and the blood from the one my dad killed. They took a picture and finally switched them to a different room. Second room smelt better and was cleaner except the bathroom. Overall I would not recommend anyone staying here at all, spend the extra money and be comfortable and in a clean space.

READ THE REVIEWS! I wish I would have before I booked. This place looks like a nightmare. I got the moldy room. The overwhelming smell hit as soon as you walked in. Smelled like a forgotten wet towel sealed in a basement since the 1970's. Decided to sit it the car and read through the reviews. Multiple reports of bed bugs and roaches. Sleeping in the parking lot would have earned more stars. Do yourself a favor and book the better maintained property up the road for the same price that this upcharged hotel. This facility is falsely representing its listing and it looks nothing like the photos. A complete liability in my opinion. There should really be an undercover auditing process for establishments like this. Just like the roaches where there is one activity of fraudulent behavior there are many more lurking under the surface or hidden behind mirrors.

There were bed bugs in 2 of our rooms , dirty washcloths and sheets. We checked out and didn't stay the night . The owner refused a refund . I have filed a complaint with Red Roof Inn corporate and also the county health department .

The floor in the room was not swept, literally dead bugs and little pieces of trash everywhere. Vanity sink, and tables hadn't been wiped down. Not only was the toilet filthy with even a butt crack mark on the back of the seat but felt like it was going to fall over when sat on. When I went in for the breakfast, there was just a few pastries and no coffee cups, don't even know if there was coffee, I just walked out. Also the place is literally falling apart, with tarps on the roof and ratchet straps holding the gutters on.
