the breakfast menu was good, open longer than I expected. Parking was a bit limited, due to construction. Check in time is 3 pm. I arrived at 4:15 pm, had to wait for 10-15 minutes for room to be ready.

It was impossible to sleep, very noisy ; our room faced the street and had a broken, poorly sealed window. We asked the staff to move us to a different room, but they said the manager wouldn't agree to it unless Hotels.com ordered them to. The pool is out of service, the gym has broken equipment, and the breakfast is horrible.

I hate an executive room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was gross. It obviously had not been used much. The metal on the bed was rusted. The mattress was covered in rust. When we opened the bed we got rust on the carpet from the bed frame.
