The room was dirty - the floor had crumbs by the fridge and trash under the bed, all of the towels smelled like chlorine, the coffee at breakfast was literally brown water - it was totally undrinkable. For a Marriott, this was a terrible experience.

The room smell was very moldy. I purchased some air freshener to camouflage the smell. Their was hair still remaining in the desk chair. The toilet would periodically run water. I was surprised with Marriott being such a reputable name but it wasn’t the case with this hotel. I can provide further details if needed.
