One washcloth for two people no iron no hairdryer stank Pine-Sol pretty bad musky in the morning. Dead flies in the bathtub no remote TV icebox didn’t work. Had to find a plug plug them in to a strip. Plug lightbulb in bathroom wasn’t working. Cabinets were missing doors drawers, and absolutely Nothing else in the room floors were dirty. Neighbor was smoking in no smoking room could smell the cigarette smoking in our room God on Saturday morning to see if I can get my money back for Saturday night. Stay told I had to speak to the manager Monday, which wouldn’t make sense cause then I was already spending more time than I wanted to. No coffee pot no coffee no ice conveniently located around our room. Breakfast was a joke bagels that’s not breakfast. Diabetics can have bread stupid stupid stupid very disappointed. Wyndham needs to pick it up. Been a member for a long time. Probably one of the worst days I’ve had we’ll think about a Wyndham next time

The room smelled bad there was roaches the refrigerator was not working no towels no condiments had to pick up her own garbage the lock on the door was broke and had to go charge the key every time we went in will not be back

HOTEL OF HORROR

First of all when we got there, we had to change rooms because there was no AC in our room. Then they refused to bring us the towels we asked for we had to walk all the way to the front to get them. Around 11 o’clock at night when we needed the room change we waited at the front door for 10 minutes before someone came to unlock the door and talk to us. When we got put into the new room as soon as I touched the bed, a roach ran from underneath the pillow. Our second night we got back pretty late and there were several creepy men just hanging outside of the hotel just watching us. We felt very unsafe due to being 4 women, on top of the uncomfortable and disgusting room we were in. We ended up leaving around 10:30 the second night. Not completing our stay. Will never stay there or somewhere like it ever again

Will probably stay somewhere else next time

When we arrived it took us 4 rooms before we found one that the door lock and air conditioner both worked. We had to walk back and forth across the property each time to tell them it still wasn’t working. The front counter lady seemed very annoyed by having to change rooms again, and she never once hung up her phone call the entire time, not a work call she was discussing a recipe and couldn’t be bothered to help. We also requested ahead of time for a bottom floor and was put on the top floor. We travel to the area every few months and we have always stayed here. It wasn’t the nicest but it was clean, quiet and we always got good service up until this time. We will probably be looking elsewhere for the next trip.

Horrible place to stay

My keycard didn't work the entire time I was there i kept having to go to the front desk to get my door unlocked when they finally came to fix it on my last night there they didn't put it back together properly so it fell off the doors between rooms the one on my side was broken so had they put anybody in that other room and they wanted to come through to my room, I'd have been out of luck and the breakfast gave me food poisoning
