I rarely write reviews, but my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites was truly unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was shockingly poor. The manager was dismissive and rude when I raised concerns about the A/C. But the worst part was the condition of the room: I found roaches crawling around, which is absolutely unacceptable. Overall, this stay was uncomfortable, unsanitary, and disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel

Furniture and flooring in room needs replaced. Tv service was out but they had repaired during the night. I asked for extra wash cloths on second day and got attitude from man at service desk and still didn’t get because they didn’t have any. Breakfast was not that good. Would not recommend this motel.

The room itself was good, except it was incredibly humid for some reason. I'm from a similar area, but the room felt damp. There's nothing wrong with the room overall, but I use a CPAP and it was so humid in the room that the water literally dripped in the mask. There is no working ice machine. Other than that, the gym is very nice. It had dumbbells, benches, and a cable machine. The staff was helpful when presented with an issue. The hotel itself is newer, and it was clean. The big thing is it was very affordably priced. The air-conditioning worked very well.

Staff was very nice, the room however could use some TLC! The securing lock was broken off the wall and kept getting stuck on closing/opening the door. The walk-in shower is not leveled correctly so the water ran out to the main bathroom area and out the door to the room. The room was not serviced- they only went in to take out all the towels but did not restock and left the thermostat to a freezing temp, so we came back to no towels and my kids freezing until the temp leveled out.

Remote for tv, didn't work at all. Fridge didn't work, either. Room was clean ... driveway was not good for pulling trailer, too steep and pitch was very bad for trailer dragging. I would not stay there again.
