Lovely room, very comfy bed, loved the balcony overlooking the bridge and the river. We had the breakfast which was good value - nice it was served on a tray, we could take to our room or we decided to have it outside. We'd have liked some seats here and there in the island to sit by the river.

These are condo units used as hotel rooms. Great value and spacious room. Overlooks a big stream or small river. The area is rural, about 15 minutes from a small town.

We were just staying for one night as we travelled from the south towards Cherbourg for the ferry. It was a good option for an overnight stay in the area. The property was clean, safe and comfortable. Reception were helpful and ordered take away for us.

The location is a bit secluded and everything is a bit far to get to without a car. The Seine River is right there and the grounds are lovely. Our apartment was really spacious for a family of 5. Internet access was a bit spotty.

What a gem of a property in a quiet secluded place in Normandy. We loved walking around the property, and the outdoor pool by the river was great to cool off at the end of the day while the sun went down. The desk person was knowledgeable about the history of the area and gave us a few places to check out. Older property but seemed somewhat updated and kept clean. Would definitely return

Not the best stay on our trip. Was required to strip beds upon leaving sweep and take out the garbage. This we found strange the property needs some love and updates, could be an amazing place.

The property was in a beautiful secluded area. There was a river nearby with lots of fun sights and sounds. The apartment was nice with everything you would need. It was a little hard to find since sign was small and the nearby restaurant has the same address. Apple maps may take you the restaurant instead. It is not close to any stores so shop before you get there.

It’s Karma hotel!

Extra hour to find the entrance! No logo sign, only A4 sheet of paper. And big sign Karma hotel. No lift, no air conditioning, it wasn’t possible to use wardrobe as it was blocked by tv Territory was nice.

Pretty good place to stay.

Although it is in the middle of nowhere with nothing to really do around the facility, it is actually a pretty good place to stay. And maybe to the expensive side. But don't ever accept to get apartment 211. There is so much noise from the indoor pool next door, from the gate, from the road and people coming and going. The WIFI doesn't work , there are no river view even though it is promised when being booked. We got a new room, after days of discussion with the reception, it was a single room studio apartment and it was several steps up in comfort.

6/10 Okay

An okay cheap place to stay. Not easy found on Google Maps and quite a way off main roads, so not ideal for stopovers. My kettle still has vinegary fluid in it which immediately curldled the milk when I made tea. No aircon and one fan that has seen better days. Well equipped kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Balcony nice. River below not the most beautiful. Secure parking was good. Lot of insects in bathroom. No elevator which is not great if you have a lot of luggage to take up. Overall, okay for one night - just!

Scam! Untrustworthy management

Traveled with my family and was excited about the prospect of staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, after long hours on the road, we got there to discover there was a power outage and no conditions to stay. Staff recomended us to leave as we were traveling with young children and there were no options to eat or warm up food. Of course, they informed us that we would be refunded immediately once situation would be fixed. Shockingly, days later, after many attempts, including via hotels.com we were eventually informed due to "strict policy refund was not possible". Please consider this before you decide to book.
