If you need to relax and you want to do so on the Costa de la Luz, this spectacular luxury villa offers you all the facilities you'll need during your stay. Located only a few metres from the beach of Roche, which you can spot from the first-floor bedrooms, the property guarantees a relaxing stay.

Upon entering this luxury property, you will find a light-filled living area featuring two cosy sofas, a dining table and a fabulous stone wall with the TV. From the dining-living room, you can access the porch and the beautiful independent kitchen. In it, you are provided with all the kitchen tools and appliances you will need to feel at home, and surprise your family with some delicious specialities.

The ground floor also welcomes a modern bathroom, provided with a fabulous floor-level shower, and two gorgeous bedrooms with full windows overlooking the well-maintained garden.

Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, incredibly spacious and with breathtaking ocean views. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite with a floor-level, walk-in shower; the other first-floor bedroom relies on two twin beds and an en-suite with a shower. Both these rooms open onto the massive terrace, whose crystal railing lets you enjoy the views without giving up the safety.

The whole villa relies on warm/cool air-con.

Outside, relax in the porch, either by having a siesta in the chill-out area, or rejoicing in a delicious meal around the outdoor dining area. And if you want to go barefoot on the grass, step out in the perfectly-maintained garden, where you can also sunbathe, prepare a BBQ and dive into the private swimming pool.
