Holiday rental designed for a couple, and located in the town centre less than five minutes walk from the beach, and only one minute to the lively areas of the town for eating and drinking.
The location is perfect, you don't need a car to move around the town.

This studio has a double sofa bed, small kitchen with basic utensils, microwave and fridge, as well as a TV, air conditioning and bathroom. There is access to shared patio where you have use of a table and chairs.

LOCATION

Holiday rentals are as much in demand in Conil year round, as well as the main holiday season, which is from May to October when the town´s population swells, and visitors enjoy the mild climate as well as the lively atmosphere on the streets.

From this location you can walk to beaches such as Los Bateles or Fontanilla, or take a short drive to the infinite and still natural beach of El Palmar, the famous coves (Roche, Poniente, del Aceite, Puntalejo, etc.)
There is a great choice of eating places in the area, and in the evenings the streets are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.
