The apartment is ideal for those wishing to enjoy the sea and local atmosphere without sacrificing a good location. Just a 15-minute walk from Los Bateles beach and a few meters from the town center, you’ll find all essential services within easy reach: shops, bars, and restaurants.

Located on the first floor of a building without a lift, the apartment offers a simple yet welcoming space, designed to provide rest and practicality during your stay. It has a small outdoor balcony where you can step out for some fresh air or let natural light in. The living room includes a dining table and a TV. The gas kitchen is equipped with basic utensils to cook comfortably. For sleeping, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. On warmer days, three standing fans are available and can be moved around the apartment as needed. You will also find a full bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet.

As for the surroundings, you can enjoy the typical atmosphere of Conil, with its whitewashed streets, lively squares, and the nearby golden sandy beach. From here, it’s easy to explore on foot or by car other gems of the Costa de la Luz. It’s an ideal starting point for a peaceful beach holiday with everything close at hand.
