The property consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. There is a sofa bed for a fifth person in the lounge-diner and a fully equipped kitchen, and one full bathroom.
There is a shared roof terrace from which you can enjoy views of the town.

Situated in Alfonso X el Sabio street, on the first floor, in a quiet cul-de-sac, but at the same time close to restaurants, supermarkets and Los Bateles beach.

This holiday home has a great location, the beach is 10 minutes drive away, and the town centre only five minutes.
Holiday homes in Conil de la Frontera are very in demand in peak season, as well as at other times of the year.
Between May and October the town´s population swells and there is a lively buzz on the streets, and year round you can enjoy the pleasant climate that favours the Costa de la Luz.

There is a great choice of eating places in the area, and in the evenings the streets are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.
