In the very heart of Conil de la Frontera, the charming apartment Federico 1 is just a short walk from the beautiful beach Playa De Los Bateles. Located on the 1st floor, the apartment with simple, sleek decor consists of a spacious living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and one with a double bed and a sofa bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (only in the living room), a washing machine and satellite television. Outside, you have a cosy courtyard with beautiful tiles, which is very typical of the region. Here you can relax with a glass of wine on mild summer evenings. Due to the apartment’s exceptional location in the city centre, a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket is just around the corner! Meanwhile the gorgeous beach, Playa De Los Bateles, is only 650 m or a 10-minute walk away. Here you can stretch out on the sand below the Spanish sun and admire the sparkling waves of the sea.
