Inside there is a lounge-kitchen completely furnished with all you may need. Air conditioning is installed and the decoration is modern, making your stay more pleasant. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a double sofa bed in the lounge, and the bathroom has a shower.



Outside is where you will spend most of your time, the porch is ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner, enjoying the summer breeze inn the area.

There are communal areas shared with one other property, with a lovely recently built pool and outdoor furniture.



LOCATION



This prefabricated bungalow is located in the area of Fuente del Gallo, just ten minutes´ walk from the closest beach.



Holiday rentals are as much in demand in Conil year round, as well as the main holiday season, which is from May to October when the town´s population swells, and visitors enjoy the mild climate as well as the lively atmosphere on the streets.



From this location you can walk to other beaches such as Los Bateles or Fontanilla, or take a short drive to the infinite and still natural beach of El Palmar, the famous coves (Roche, Poniente, del Aceite, Puntalejo, etc.)

There is a great choice of eating places in the area, and in the evenings the streets are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.
