Not your ordinary B&B! Our western Pennsylvania home nestled in the mountains of the Laurel Highlands provides accommodations for the outdoor lover and is perfect for laid-back escapes. This room is located in the upper apartment of the home and has it's own private bathroom with a shower.
Less than a mile from the GAP trail, the Youghiogheny River lake, and a short drive to Ohiopyle, Mt. Davis, Seven Springs, and Falling Water.
Hosts are not generally onsite, but are nearby should you need any support. Communication is generally via email, text, or phone call.
The inner town of Confluence is easily walkable with a few shops, grocery, several restaurants, a post office, and local banks all within a mile or so of the home.
Guests have access to the upper level apartment and lower level laundry area.
Shoreline Estates consists of three floors. The main level consists of three bedrooms (one with a large spa tub), a full kitchen, living and dining areas as well as a large deck overlooking the river. The upper level consists of four bedrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining areas, and a large deck overlooking the river. All bedrooms have their own access code, and private bathroom.
