This is not a hotel that cleans daily unless requested, however, they allow you to pick up items you need at the front desk & when requested do a great job. Friendly staff. Busy on weekends with families & weekdays with local workers. Breakfast is run by very efficient couple. It’s hot and ready. Wonderful cinnamon buns. Low fat options too. Dove products in bathroom are pleasant & available. Clean comfortable beds. Rooms higher & toward back are fairly quiet. Open lobby & pool are very comfortable.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Parking was available but a little confusing. Evidently the parking garage is approached on a driveway that is used by other companies in the area. I was almost flattened by a pickup rushing the 'other way' on the driveway at about closing time on Friday. Not sure what can be done by that, except maybe asking those working in businesses close to the hotel to please go through this area slowly because people who are not really familiar with this entry to the parking garage are trying to find the parking garage entrance and not paying attention to those rushing in the opposite direction.

I appreciate the help with an early check in. Signed up for hotel membership quickly and effortlessly. Great room, quiet, comfortable, clean. Tasty breakfast and coffee. The counter for the coffee machines and basket for stirrers needed cleaning more often. The button for level one in the elevator was not working. Had to go up and down a couple of times to reach the lobby. All in all, the room was great and I would book again with Holiday Inn Walnut Creek.
