Inside, guests will be greeted by an open living room / kitchen combo.
The living room is equipped with a comfy couch, glider, TV (cable + DVD player + a plethora of DVDs for you to choose from) & stereos with an assortment of albums.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, double sink with garbage disposal, cook top stove (no oven) & microwave.
The lower area has 1-bedroom with a fabulous queen bed perfect for a restful night.
There is a sleeping loft with 3 comfy twin beds. The sleeping loft has 4-foot ceilings & is accessed via a library ladder
There is one bathroom that is thoughtfully equipped with bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer for convenience. An iron & ironing board is also available to you
Our backyard in-law unit is comfortable year-round ... with a couple of toasty days at the end of August / first part of September
The Backyard Beach House themed in-law unit offers a cozy and inviting retreat for your stay. Guests can enjoy their private outdoor patio area. They are also welcome to enjoy the serenity of the backyard filled with over 30 fruit trees. When in season, during their stay, guests are welcome to pick & enjoy fresh fruit. The backyard is shared with the main house.
