Good: clean, great shower (I hate weak showers!), nice room, Starbucks & McDonalds on same grounds with Wendy’s and Carl’s Jr across the streets. Many nice restaurants about a mile into Oakley (not Antioch!). Quiet, AC internet and TV worked fine. Bad: have seen homeless hang around although not this short trip. I arrived approx 1:30, knowing it was early. The girl told me rooms weren’t ready, since check-in wasn’t until 3:00. I left, came back at 2:45 and was told I still had to wait until 3:00! A bit frustrating. Sofa was stiff and very uncomfortable even to sit on plus was very noisy.

check in on Friday afternoon at 3:15 was long due to only one (1) person manning the check in desk.....with 4 people in front of us...it took quite a long time to finally get to the desk....then that night we found that the TV remote was not working so husband had to go down and ask somebody what the problem was....needed batteries. Then no ice bucket in the room, and no ice machine on 2nd floor where our room was....this was our second recent stay here, and I can say that it is our last. Way too pricey for what the room had.
