The staff is awesome. I stayed at the Motel 6 previously, and it cost more and was filthy. I would reccomend this Best Western as the best hotel in the area to all friends and family members. Michael

We had non smoking, smelled liked Smoke. Bathrooms in poor shape. It is very close to our daughter’s house in Martinez that why we stay there. It’s not a bargain! Staff is nice. Clients is sketchy! If there was another option we would go there.

Elevator and 2nd Floor Hallways smelled dirty/unclean and smokey. The carpets and walls looked dirty. My room was surprisingly clean and smelled clean as well.

The hotel does not have the typical entrance to access the Reception area. There is not an area to park and enter. The two closest spaces are handicapped parking only. Despite both the bathroom and room appearing very clean, there was a small roach inside the rolled up bath mat.

The stay was fine but I upgrade from the two double bed to two queen beds, after check in we realized they gave us a Room with two full beds. When i asked at the front desk they assured us that room was two queens. Weve stayed at other places and my daughters have queen beds these beds were not Queen size.

Location was great and from the outside the hotel appeared very nice. The front desk was extremely friendly, but unfortunately, I had to change rooms because there were roaches in the first room so that just kind of left a bad taste in my mouth from the beginning not sure if I would stay here again

Over all good stay

Clean area, Queen beds are more comfortable then the double beds. No waffles anymore but they did have oatmeal and make your own yogurt along with cheesy eggs and sausage.
