The 120 m2 house extends over two levels.

On the first level,
- a large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and living room. In the latter, you will find many books and board games available.

On the second level,
- a bedroom with two beds 90x190 with storage cupboard and children's games.
- a bedroom with a 140x190 bed with a dresser
- a bedroom with a 140x190 bed with a wardrobe for clothes
- a bedroom in a row with a 140x190 bed with storage cupboard
- a separate toilet

A large garden of 1200m2 completes this house. A badminton net is available as well as an above-ground swimming pool. The terrace is equipped with a large table, benches, parasol and two deck chairs.

Finally, the house has a lean-to to store your bikes or nautical equipment for example.
