It sleeps 22 and is a four bedroom four bath home with an open concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with a large bar for gathering. Outside you have a covered porch and a balcony upstairs for great views of the Cypress lined Frio River and hills nearby. You have a great space under the large oak tree for bar-b-queing. For entertainment when not at the river, you have horseshoes and volleyball. The river is just steps away from the house. It has great river frontage perfect for setting up your coolers, chairs and music.
