Superb detached villa in South Corsica (Saint Lucia of Porto Vecchio) of 155 m2 fully air-conditioned, on one level on enclosed land of 1,100 m2 with private swimming pool;
It consists of a 60 m2 air-conditioned living room and a 150 cm flat screen.
A fully equipped kitchen with saddler including: American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker etc...
Four bedrooms with respectively a shower room and air conditioning, one of which is a master bedroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with 160X200 cm beds and the other 2 bedrooms with 140X190 cm beds.
A large outdoor terrace overlooking the pool with dining area and barbecue.
Regarding amenities and comfort you have:
