The property is situated in Conca dei Marini, a charming and picturesque town on the Amalfi Coast.
The Town is named after a charming marina that showcases a picturesque beach, a cozy bar, and three delightful restaurants perched right above the sparkling sea. Nearby, you'll also find an array of other beautiful beaches waiting to be explored.
It is located 5 kilometers from Amalfi, 10 kilometers from Ravello, and 15 kilometers from Positano—three significant tourist destinations in Southern Italy. If you do not intend to rent a car, these locations are easily accessible by bus. Additionally, Scooter rentals are also available.
The house itself is arranged over two levels. The first floor encompasses a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a terrace that offers breathtaking views of the sea. The mezzanine level includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom, along with a sleeping area with a queen bed overlooking the living room below.
The living room is furnished with a spacious and comfortable sofa bed, allowing the accommodation of up to six guests.
Anyway...this property is ideally suited for two couples, family with kids and groups of friends because for three couples, there might be a lack of privacy, as only one bedroom is fully enclosed with a door.
Towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience, however, guests are kindly reminded to bring their own beach towels, as these are not included.
The property is a mere five-minute walk from local shops, a supermarket, restaurants, a bar, and a bus stop.
Unlike many residences along the Amalfi Coast that require navigating numerous steps, our property is conveniently located at street level, with only 20 steps leading up to the entrance. This makes it suitable for both children and seniors.
Our house is fully authorized for tourist rentals, holding a license issued by the Town Hall.

This license serves as a reliable assurance, as it is granted following stringent structural, hygiene, and fire prevention inspections.
HOW TO MOVE AROUND
From Amalfi, visitors can conveniently reach the island of Capri via a fast boat service and Sorrento by bus (or by boat as well). Numerous tour operators organize half-day excursions to Ravello, Pompeii, and Mount Vesuvius.
For those having a car, Pompeii and Sorrento can be reached in approximately 90 minutes.
*** From April to September, it's strongly recommended to avoid coming by a car! The roads can be quite narrow, traffic is heavy, and parking fees in all the towns can be quite exorbitant. Instead, consider arranging a private transfer from Naples Airport or Salerno Train Station, and then enjoy using buses and ferries to explore the charming towns.
