In the house, spread over a single floor, you will have four bedrooms at your disposal. Three of them (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) have an ensuite bathroom each. The last bedroom has a single bed that can be expanded to a double and a bunk bed, whose lower bed is a double bed; In this way, up to 5 people can sleep in it. The house has another bathroom for family use. All bathrooms in the house are equipped with a shower tray.

The bright living area with double-height ceilings and large windows is divided into a large living room with a stove, two sofas and SmartTV, a dining area and a perfectly equipped independent kitchen.

The entire house is heated by hot/cold air conditioning.

The outside area is just as impressive as the inside. It has a beautiful private pool, near which there are several sun loungers to enjoy the magnificent views. The large covered porch with a dining table and the covered chill-out area are the icing on the cake, to spend long hours talking and enjoying the company of your loved ones. The outdoor distribution is completed by the barbecue area, a rest area with comfortable armchairs and covered with a tent. The leisure offer is completed with a ping pong table.
