Beautiful country house, located in the Pago de las Esparragueras, about 15 minutes from Cómpeta. With beautiful views towards the Sierra Almijara and the Mediterranean Sea, it is characterized by its spaciousness and tranquility. It is surrounded by vineyard, avocado and a large garden.

Finca La Viña has capacity for 6 people and is furnished in a modern and comfortable style. Here we find the cozy living room with 2 sofas, satellite TV, fireplace, dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms with a shower.

Outside its totally private pool surrounded by a large terrace with barbecue. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains.

Finca La Viña is located 5 km away from the town of Cómpeta. Almost all the way to the house is paved, only the last stretch of 200 m is on a good dirt track, which can be done without problems with a normal car.

Cómpeta offers us: several small supermarkets, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, medical center, dentist, internet-cafe, souvenir shops, tourism information and much more.

Fantastic views!

The renter was very helpful and communicative. The villa is well kept and clean. We had a great stay. A few winding roads to get to the villa, but easy enough to get used to. Overall a fantastic experience
