This peaceful retreat has breathtaking views on the surrounding countryside and far reaching views out to the sea. A five minute drive will take you to the whitewashed village of Competa where family run restaurants and tapas bars welcome you with a traditional cuisine. If you prefer to stay home then imagine yourself at the pool with those views, while enjoying a lazy siesta in the shade of pine tree. It's holiday time!







Location and outside area



This is a nice and romantic property, surrounded by centenary holm oaks, olive and pine trees and only 2 kms away from the village of Cómpeta. The house is built on a rock at the top of a hill, a privileged location that provides spectacular views over the countryside out to the sea. The outside areas, a private oval shaped swimming pool (5 x 2,5m) and the spacious terrace, are made to be a great view point. Here, you'll also find a shady pine tree covered are where you can sit while enjoying a drink or reading a book.







Inside and lay-out



The interior of the house is bright with simple and functional furniture. All rooms are on the same floor, with a living room open to the kitchen. The living room has a sofa, arm chairs, open fireplace and satellite-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 rings vitro-hob, fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The two other bedrooms are twin bedded and using a second bathroom. Electric heaters are available for the colder days in off-season.
