Host was super helpful through the booking process and the stay. Apartment was very clean and in great condition. It is in a brilliant location - quiet but only a five minute walk from the lake and the main squares/restaurants (nearest coffee shop a minute away). We tried three of the restaurants recommended on the app - all were great!

Our family of 4, came to Como for a soccer game. 20 min walk to stadium. Apartment very clean. quiet neighbourhood at the far end of all the tourist area. host is great! instructions easy. could ask any questions. lots of food and shopping options, grocery store, cafe's etc. in area.apartment is 12-15 min walk to ferries. only complaint would be no bedside light option in single bedroom and that mattress very hard! pull out bed in other rm ok. large bed good. pillows not great but definitely not a deal breaker.would still return due to location.

The rental was spacious, modern and clean with nice furniture and newer appliances and adequate bathrooms for two couples. The location was very convenient within short walking distances to all the sights tourists would be interested in. There were numerous supermarkets, wine stores and restaurants/bars nearby. The rental company provided a digital handbook with all the information we needed during our stay. The management company was very prompt about responding to questions via WhatsApp. The layout was a bit odd for two couples, which we knew before renting, in that one bedroom was a traditional bedroom en-suite and the other room for a couple had a double sofa sleeper and the bathroom down the hallway. Because of the sleeper sofa we would not recommend this rental for two couples but it would be a wonderful place for a couple, friends or a family with children.It would have been helpful to have included in the digital handbook instructions for the washer/dryer combination and also the nice Klarstein coffee machine we had looked forward to using. This company requires payment by wire transfer, not a credit card. We have stayed in VRBOs all over the world and this is only the second time I have done a wire transfer. My credit card offers wonderful valid protections for travelers and I doubt I would use at a company that does not take credit cards again.

The property was a few steps from town, and recently renovated and very clean. After traveling, it would have been nice to have someone meet us at the house with the keys, vice another location, though it was very close.
