In the heart of Como (200 m from the Duomo), a brand-new, very spacious apartment (130 square meters) on the third floor of a historic building. It consists of a large living room with sofas and an LED TV, a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a twin bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen-diner (dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine with pods), and a very large bathroom with a shower, washer, and dryer (included in the rate). A crib and high chair are available upon request for children under 2 years of age. You’ll find all the comforts of home, including fine bed and bath linens (included in the rate). Rentals for periods shorter than a week: minimum 2 days. The apartment is very bright with a beautiful view of the city of Como and Brunate, and although it is very centrally located, it is also very quiet thanks to double-glazed windows and very thick stone walls. You simply need to cross the street to find bars, restaurants, and all the shops in the city center. There is never any traffic to disturb you, as the entire historic center is closed to vehicular traffic.
Tourist tax: €3.00 per day per person, payable at check-in for stays of 1 night or more, up to a maximum of 4 nights (children under 14 are exempt).
