The hotel was excellent—clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, whether using public transportation or exploring on foot. However, the sidewalks in the area are quite narrow, so some caution is needed when walking. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Como!!

The front desk staff were wonderful as we checked in. They were all very helpful. The breakfast staff equally inviting and took care of us. My birthday was absolutely wonderful and they brought a fantastic brownie treat for my big day. Spa is a must, great massages and lovely spa to enjoy after. Gorgeous modern hotel. 30min walk from central area where you can get on the ferry. Restaurants are also in that area. Lovely outdoor heated pool with Mountain View’s. Can’t fault the hotel. Staff are nice. Defo recommend
